Infrastructure PM

Project Manager (Infrastructure) who provides consulting services for core infrastructure and Microsoft-based cloud projects, including server/desktop virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix), storage networks, and core applications (Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365). Delivers onsite client installation, long-term support, and hardware/software procurement assistance.

Key Responsibilities Core Delivery & Client Engagement (Primary Focus) Gather on-site and off-site technical requirements to scope project needs. Design, build, and deploy systems aligned with client specifications. Deliver comprehensive client support and training to ensure smooth adoption. Technical Expertise & Sales Support (Secondary Focus) Author detailed technical documentation for all system design and deployment phases. Configure and run technical product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Serve as the technical subject matter expert during sales calls. System Monitoring & Optimization (Ongoing Focus) Track system performance proactively to identify and resolve technical issues. Engineer and propose feasible solutions within existing technical constraints. Maintain clear verbal and written communication with clients and technology partners. Technology & Research (Continuous Focus) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure technologies to provide modern insights.
