Manager, Systems Integration & Business Process Improvement
Bishop & Company is searching for a Manager, Systems Integration & Business Process Improvement for an excellent organization. This position oversees the administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of the organization’s core business applications; including Sage Intacct, Salesforce, the donor portal, and key integrations. This role ensures reliable cross system data flows, supports financial and operational processes, and drives practical system enhancements that strengthen staff efficiency and donor experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as primary administrator for Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and the donor portal, managing user access, configuration, workflows, reports, and issue resolution.
- Supports financial operations by maintaining fund accounting rules, reporting structures, AP workflows, allocations, and reconciliation processes.
- Monitors and troubleshoots integrations across systems (Intacct, Salesforce, RENXT, Smart Simple, ADP, banking and merchant services files), ensuring data accuracy and reliable flows.
- Maintain data governance standards, reconciliation checks, exception reporting, and documentation of business rules and source of truth ownership.
- Translate operational needs into system requirements, improved workflows, testing plans, training materials, and sustainable configuration changes.
- Uphold controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and change management discipline.
- Required to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or 5+ years administering business applications in finance, nonprofit, or professional services environments.
- Working knowledge of accounting operations (GL, AP, journal entries, reconciliations, debits/credits).
- Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strength in data integrity, workflow design, user support, documentation, and cross department collaboration.
- Ability to manage sensitive donor and fund information with discretion; thrives in a flexible, mission-driven, multicultural environment.
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $100-120K annually. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
