TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial services organization seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Corporate Cards Systems Officer to serve as the technical and operational subject matter expert for the Commercial Card program. This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the systems that support commercial card products and services, driving process improvements, supporting product development initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients.

The ideal candidate combines business systems expertise, technical aptitude, customer support experience, and a strong understanding of commercial card, payments, or financial services operations.

• Serve as the technical SME and system owner for Commercial Card platforms and related applications.
• Manage implementation, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of department systems.
• Provide technical support for internal teams and corporate card clients.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, business partners, and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials and conduct user training sessions.

• Create, maintain, and enhance reporting used to monitor portfolio performance, profitability, risk, and compliance.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support automation initiatives using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Improve manual processes through data-driven solutions and workflow efficiencies.

• Gather business requirements and support implementation of product enhancements and system upgrades.
• Define project specifications, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to move projects from concept through execution.
• Represent the Commercial Card team on enterprise initiatives and strategic projects.

• Research market trends and industry technology advancements.
• Recommend enhancements to existing products and services.
• Support product development efforts to maintain a competitive and innovative commercial card program.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client-facing solution discussions.

• Maintain operational procedures and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and vendor requirements.
• Support commercial card account management and client inquiries.
• Assist with supplier enrollment, implementation activities, and cross-functional departmental initiatives.
• Help drive efficiencies and improvements that enhance customer experience and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications or enterprise platforms.
• Strong system administration and application support experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating operational reports and analyzing business data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
