Uncapped pay only means something if you're set up to actually produce. That's why every lead you work is inbound or warm outbound — people who already asked for information about life insurance, never a cold list. You'll go through structured training covering product fundamentals and conversation skills, then get paired with a mentor as you take on live calls. Access to more than 60 carrier partners means you're never boxed into pushing one product regardless of whether it actually fits the client in front of you.

New agents average $800 to $1,200 per policy sold. Based on consistent effort over a year:

• Part-time agents: $50,000+ in year one
• Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one

Pay is issued daily and weekly rather than making you wait out a delayed monthly cycle, and performance-based incentives are layered on top of standard commission for agents who hit certain thresholds.
