Attorney - Entry Level

We area leading law firm based in Honolulu, HI, specializing in corporate, real estate, and tax law. Our team of experienced attorneys provides comprehensive legal services to businesses and individuals throughout Hawaii.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented entry-level attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the law. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of cases and issues
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support on complex legal matters
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the firm or its clients
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining case files and organizing documents

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Hawaii State Bar
• Strong academic record
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software is a plus
