Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, currently hiring civil litigation attorneys for the Honolulu office with at least three years of experience. Additional openings exist for defense litigators across various practice areas including Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability.
Candidates will collaborate with experienced attorneys and partners in these practice areas and will have exposure to trials and arbitrations nationwide. Successful applicants are team players who possess strong litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, a solid academic background, and proven research abilities. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Applicants must be licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii; licensure in California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Nevada, or Idaho is a plus.
GRSM offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including discretionary and performance-based bonuses and student loan repayment assistance. The firm provides opportunities for client interaction, hearing, deposition, and trial appearances within a collaborative environment.
Pay RangeUSD $100,000 – $275,000 per year.
- Associates (approximately 1‑6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
