Demand and Provision Planner - Contingent

We are seeking an experienced, on-site Demand and Provision Planner in Honolulu, Hawaii for a contingent opportunity based on contract award. In this journeyman-level role, you will provide planning and analytical support for demand forecasting, provisioning, inventory planning, and sustainment coordination activities supporting ILS2 Task Order execution. You will conduct demand analysis, usage forecasting, provisioning assessments, and logistics planning activities necessary to support operational readiness and continuity of sustainment operations across distributed mission environments.

You will coordinate with logistics personnel, supply chain teams, operational stakeholders, and government representatives to facilitate timely provisioning and sustainment support capabilities supporting Task 2 operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Demand & Forecasting Analysis:
Conduct demand analysis, usage forecasting, and provisioning assessments to support operational readiness across distributed mission environments.

* Inventory & Stock Replenishment:
Assist with the identification of supply requirements, inventory replenishment planning, stock level analysis, and coordination of operational resource allocation.

* Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate closely with logistics personnel, supply chain teams, operational stakeholders, and government representatives to facilitate timely provisioning and sustainment support.

* Documentation & Reporting:
Support the preparation of inventory planning reports, logistics assessments, provisioning documentation, and operational support recommendations.

* Sustainment Optimization:
Assist with the implementation of inventory management procedures, demand forecasting methodologies, and logistics planning activities to maintain highly responsive capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS &

EXPERIENCE:

* Security Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

* Experience:

3 to 10 years of professional experience supporting demand planning, procurement coordination, provisioning, inventory accountability, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain risk management activities.

* Education:

Bachelor's (BA/BS) or Master's (MA/MS) degree.

* Education/Experience Equivalencies:

* High School Diploma / GED: 7 years of relevant experience

* Associate's Degree: 6 years of relevant experience

* BA/BS Degree: 4-6 years of relevant experience

* MA/MS Degree: 2 years of relevant experience

* Doctorate Degree: 0 years of experience

* Competency:

Journeyman personnel are expected to perform all functional duties independently.

* Preferred Credentials: APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, procurement, inventory management, or equivalent supply chain certifications.
