Responsible for maintaining and processing shipments, receives merchandise, ensures accurate documentation, tracks and processes claims, and maintains the safety and cleanliness of the receiving area while adhering to company policies and standards.

• Develop and post delivery schedules, compile and organize receiving reports, and verify merchandise counts.
• Route merchandise to proper locations, pay expenses, and utilize equipment (including forklift) to move goods.
• Maintain the receiving area, appropriately merchandise displays, and complete required documentation.
• Track and process claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, and keeping the clearance area clean.
• Use technology to capture and report required data.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Report unsafe situations to facility management and comply with all safety standards.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including using the Open Door Policy.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of start date.
• Legal working age (18 years or older).
