• Ensuring mission requirements associated with physical distribution, stock readiness, item data operations, inventory accountability/accuracy, suspended materials, discrepancy reports, and customer support are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Analyzes the efficiency of receiving, storage, shipping, and packing procedures and system programming on customer support.
• Determines actions required for implementation and coordinates with functional personnel; participates in problem‑solving meetings and conferences.
• Performs workload analysis, working directly with depot and management personnel in the development of plans concerning workload processing.
• Analyzes daily workload data and determines capabilities of labor and resources for Operations Support personnel; may perform physical counts of material in warehouse locations.
• Performs independent analysis, resolving difficult issues across all physical distribution functions; evaluates, interprets, and monitors implementation of policy, systems, and procedural changes.

• Appointment is subject to a favorable suitability or fitness determination; adverse background checks will be grounds for removal.

• Position may be used to fill shifts located within Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

• One year of specialized experience directly related to this position, including analytical assignments involving supply operations.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize information relating to supply requirements.
• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate problems, make recommendations, and formulate corrective action plans.
• Credit will be given for volunteer experience (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps, etc.).
