Duties
You will conduct extensive searches for required information and to provide supply support to meet urgent requirements for specialized or unique supplies, equipment, and material.
You will conduct market research and thorough knowledge of local supply market and sources of supplies to ensure support for construction, renovation and repair of facilities requiring items with special handling instructions.
You will prepare and maintain records, reconcile reports/data, research and reconcile discrepancies relating to actions such as material ordering, shipping, tracking, receipt and invoices.
