Duties- Serves as the Chief of the Strategic Liaison Group and Supervisor for assigned Liaison Officers (LNOs) representing DLA Pacific.
- Provides logistics assistance and strategic adaptive planning support to U.S. Military Service Components, other Federal Civilian Agencies, multi-national organizations, and Foreign Allies who receive logistics support/services from DLA.
- Supervises and facilitates planning, management, and oversight of DLA support to customer components identified in Performance Based Agreements and broad Service-level Memorandums of Understanding throughout USPACOM’s Area of Responsibility.
- Ensures all military and civilian activities are visited on a regular basis and in a timely manner in accordance with the DLA Pacific Warfighter Engagement Support Program.
- Reviews customer visit schedules, trip reports, weekly activity reports, and customer profiles to determine and evaluate level of customer support and effectiveness of customer interface.
- Monitors Key Performance Indicators and performs analyses to identify potential problems or adverse trends, and coordinates/recommends corrective or improvement actions.
- Maintains current knowledge on major developments within the Combatant Commander’s theater of operations and advises senior leadership of any USPACOM support issues impacting DLA.

- Pre-Employment Physical:
Required - This is a Mission Essential (ME) position. The incumbent may be required to report to work in the event of a natural disaster, inclement weather, or crisis.
- You will be a Mission Essential employee. This requires you to work during an emergency to ensure continuation of essential functions. You may be required to work at the designated duty location, a telework site, or an alternate location/facility.
- Subject to Overseas Rotation Agreement: 36 months. (https:// )
- This position and any future selections from this announcement may be used to fill various shifts located within DLA Pacific in Joint Base Pearl Harbor, HI.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses and/or certifications required by the installation, federal, state, and local laws.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license/certification to operate government vehicles.
