We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain residential and commercial buildings located in Downtown Oahu. All candidates must successfully complete a background check, have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Applicants should possess hands‑on experience in maintenance, including basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and grounds maintenance.

• Access small spaces measuring 18 inches by 18 inches
• Ensure that mechanical equipment and systems are functioning properly and perform repairs as needed
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with property managers, vendors, and customers
• Engage in constant movement, including standing, walking, bending, and stretching throughout shifts
• Lift, push, and pull weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds
• Walk and stand for extended periods and bend frequently during the shift
• Create and maintain work orders
• Create and maintain purchase orders
• Complete any additional maintenance‑related tasks as assigned by the HBM supervisor or property management

• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service‑oriented approach
• General maintenance experience
• Basic mathematical skills
• Previous experience in creating and maintaining work orders and purchase orders
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours a week)

• Must be available to work 3 Saturdays / 3 months of the year (total of 9 Saturdays annually)
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
