Pay range: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year (actual pay based on experience and skills – discuss with recruiter).

This position requires HVAC experience, especially with chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC‑Energy Management Systems (EMS). Hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, project management, and basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and painting/drywall skills are essential. The candidate must be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent administrative skills. Strong communication, customer interaction, background check, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle required.

  • Manage overall site and project activities, including personnel and performance standards.
  • Escalate major issues to executive management within 24 hours.
  • Maintain logs of errors and minimize time needed to complete work.
  • Foster cooperative relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and team members.
  • Correct performance issues for personnel, technology, and processes.
  • Maintain budgets and approve outside vendor work as required.
  • Inspect site to ensure aesthetic appearance and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory and equipment usage.
  • Troubleshoot and correct maintenance, mechanical, and electrical errors promptly.
  • Train security personnel on fire alarm, security, irrigation sprinklers, light outages, and other safety equipment.
  • Check daily: cooling towers, chillers, pumps, compressors, and all mechanical equipment.
  • Check periodically: air handlers, exhaust fans, timers, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor work schedules and time sheets.
  • Create, prepare, edit, and approve reports on account status as requested.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • College degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred.
  • Available 24/7, including on‑call duties, weekend shifts, and emergency calls/project responses.
  • Strong English communication (read/write).
  • Previous management/supervision with engineering/maintenance skills essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent public relations and oral/written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance and power tool use required.
  • Physically capable of lifting > 50 lbs., standing extended periods, and performing kneeling, bending, crawling, and climbing.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (variable). Must be available weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation: $80k – $82k annually.
