POSITION SUMMARY:

The maintenance person is responsible for the maintenance of industrial type of equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Perform grounds-keeping and building maintenance duties. Perform routine maintenance duties such as greasing machinery, performing routine measurements of equipment, changing lighting fixtures and bulbs Painting Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment. Operate machinery, work from heights, climbing ladders Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance. Must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED
