Restoration Apprentice

Base pay range

$17.00/hr – $19.00/hr

• Provide excellent customer service to interact with property managers, vendors, and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training toward becoming a Restoration Technician.
• Apply safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections to identify potential issues.
• Document maintenance activities and report progress.
• Work in warm/hot conditions, utilize stairs, and navigate ladders.
• Perform additional maintenance‑related duties as required by supervisors or property management.
• Work alongside the Restoration team to meet and exceed customer needs.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Background check clearance for insurance purposes.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Accurate record keeping of time cards, checkout forms, vehicle records, and job paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, texting, and emailing.
• Customer‑service oriented.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (primarily). Availability for on‑call, weekend work, and emergency projects as needed.

On‑call hours:
Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm;
Saturdays, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
