The role is full-time, with responsibilities including coordinating work requests, inspecting units, managing contracts and vendors, and providing on-call emergency response.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property maintenance, a high school diploma (BA preferred), and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
