Senior Project Manager - Onsite - $140K-$170K + bonus and benefits
Our client, a growing national construction group is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and help build out their Hawaii operations
What You Will- Oversee all Hawaii-based construction projects
- Lead and develop PMs, Superintendents and support staff
- Manage schedules, budgets, change orders and cost forecasts
- Drive safety, quality and operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and agencies
- Partner with estimating to secure new projects and expand the division
- Five or more years of commercial or federal construction experience
- Leadership experience managing teams or multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting requirements
- Ability to mentor teams and manage division performance
- Proficiency with MS Project, Trimble or similar tools
Compensation: Base salary: $140K to 170K, Annual bonus
