HVAC Site Superintendent – Government Contracts

Loyal Source is looking for a HVAC Site Superintendent for an employment opportunity in Honolulu, Hawaii

The HVAC Site Superintendent is pivotal in supervising and maintaining all service and maintenance tasks in line with contract requirements. This role involves overseeing the field construction process for assigned projects, ensuring each phase is completed on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards expected by both the company and the customer. This includes supervising, inspecting, reviewing, recording, and reporting on all site construction activities to ensure subcontractors adhere to schedules.

The Superintendent also enforces and facilitates Company and contract safety requirements and performs SSHO functions as per company and contractual standards.

• Supervise and maintain service and maintenance tasks according to contract terms.
• Oversee field construction processes for project alignment with plans and specifications.
• Ensure project phases are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise, inspect, review, and report on site construction activities.
• Enforce and follow Company and contract safety requirements.
• Perform SSHO functions according to company and contract standards.

• 5-7 years of experience in the supervision of HVAC construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• EM 385 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of various types of HVAC DDC related systems, integrations, and DDC system testing, including cybersecurity requirements related to DDC systems and government networks.
• Experience working with Federal and/or State government is preferred.

Pay: $50 per hour.
