Sales Director

This position is responsible for managing sales teams and managers of sales teams toward attainment of goals and operational performance metrics. This role will also be responsible for meeting revenue goals, maintaining staff headcount through hiring, identifying process and product gaps, and meeting expense budget levels.

• Develop and drive key sales strategies or initiatives
• Responsible for meeting overall revenue goals
• Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting
• Responsible for reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
• Responsible for the coaching and development maximize individual contribution
• Maintain a culture of success and goal achievement

• Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
• 8 to 10 years in related field
• Demonstrated performance in a competitive sale environment
• Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
• Experience in Telecommunications preferred

• Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods as well as employee motivation techniques
• Strong working knowledge of the company s products, competitive products, and the market
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
