Construction Project Manager

Av Air Pros  supports our airline and airport clients by serving as Airline Liaisons, Owner's Representatives, and Program/Project Managers in consulting and advisory roles. We represent our clients on capital improvement projects and support the airlines and airports on business, financial, technical, and operational issues.

As a Project Manager, you're responsible for the execution and successful completion of construction projects, overseeing all aspects from pre-design to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, architects, and contractors to provide a seamless, efficient, and quality construction process on behalf of the owner.

You will also provide Liaison services, assisting in managing and coordinating Airline involvement and providing Airline representation through all phases of planning, programming, design, and construction for projects in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the Hawaii State Airports System. You will coordinate with stakeholders, including both Airline and Airport Representatives, Engineering Representatives, and Construction project teams to assist with program implementation.

You will monitor the CIP Program and provide ongoing status updates to the Airline group plus assist in reviewing the CIP Program for future planning years and facilitate Airline Group review, consideration, and approval for moving forward with proposed projects. Finally, this role supports the ongoing partnership and engagement between the Airports and the Airline Group on the implementation of the CIP Program and other lease and business issues.

We're looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in aviation plus:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the management and/or implementation of medium to large, complex construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture degree
