Work You’ll DoAs a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:Review, analyze, and execute multiple LOAs and special program funding; serve as technical advisor for requirements, travel, and supply program execution
Provide budget development input and analysis to the Comptroller for next Fiscal Year (FY) budgets, spend plans, and unfunded requirements (UFRs)
Monitor and manage Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) through execution and closeout (past and current years), coordinating with program managers and receiving agencies to resolve expenditure issues
Monitor execution and provide monthly status summaries of funding and program execution
Conduct dynamic, real-time, and in-depth threat assessments for ongoing and emerging operations. Identify potential adversarial capabilities or shifts in the operating environment to inform both strategic and tactical responses.
Use automated budget/accounting systems to analyze data for accuracy; manage open document listings and submit funding documents in applicable financial systems
Prepare requisition forms for purchases and comply with Information Technology Procurement Request (ITPR) processes
Ensure compliance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) directives, applicable policies/instructions, and federal guidelines

QualificationsRequired:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required6+ years experience in budgeting/financial management experience1+ years experience with budget and accounting systems, including DEAMS, DAI, FMSuite Open Document List, ADVANA DAR-Q, DTS, G-Invoicing (G-INV),
Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:Experience executing/overseeing multiple LOAs, including Security Cooperation and travel programs
Experience in financial management/accounting systems and execution reporting in complex organizations
Deliver budget guidance and resolve reconciliation issues in multi-stakeholder environments
Experience conducting economic analysis/impact studies and producing leadership-ready execution insights
Experience with federal budget formulation/execution processes and governance forums (e.g., PBAC preparation support)
