• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing on a daily basis
• Oversee and coordinate armored and ATM routes, dispatch, first-line ATM maintenance, vault and terminal operations
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of route, terminal and vault operations
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training and enforcement of policies
• Ensure security of cargo and terminal through training, monitoring, and enforcement of policies and procedures including terminal opening and closing
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among all operations staff
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints and solve logistical issues
• Coordinate with sales, other division branches and departments, division and corporate staff, other carriers, and vendors to implement viable operational solutions for new customers
• Control overtime hours and monitor employee vacation schedules; maintain effectiveness and efficiency of operational functions
• Communicate with all employees to resolve outstanding issues and/or complaints promptly
• Perform duties assigned by the Operations Manager/Branch Manager on an “as needed” basis
• Provide leadership focused on professionalism, continuous improvement, and exceeding goals
• Recruit, interview, test, select, train, and supervise operations personnel
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles, forklifts and other equipment
• Emergency response to employee injuries, facility security incidents, vehicle incidents and security investigations
• Manipulate and maintain route and vault data including manual paperwork and electronic data
• All other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Branch Manager

• A valid firearms permit
• Strong leadership and supervisory presence with professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach, coach, and present to groups
• Experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or a related field
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations is preferred
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

As part of the qualification process for the Operations Supervisor position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. The evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:

• 25 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 66 inches from the floor (1X)

• 18 lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 44 inches from the floor; horizontally transfer 15 ft (4X)
• 18 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor; horizontally transfer 300 ft (1X)
• 50 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor; horizontally transfer 2 ft (2X)

• Horizontally transfer 47 lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), distance 1 ft (2X)

• Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer with up to 30 lbs of force using both hands (4X)

• Ascend/Descend steps at heights of 16, 21 & 24 inches from the floor (10X)
