Regional Manager

The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational support for their assigned region. This role guides direct reports to ensure stations operate safely, profitably, and with excellent customer service. The Regional Manager drives continuous improvement by strengthening processes, performance, and accountability across the region.

• Direct and oversee station operations and station managers within the region
• Drive positive change while promoting adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coach and troubleshoot at airport stations as needed to ensure KPI targets and performance goals are achieved
• Provide leadership across functional and operational areas including labor relations, operational efficiencies, maintenance, facility oversight, ADA compliance, safety/security, and related functions

• Partner with the Safety team to ensure safety initiatives are properly administered at all stations
• Partner with the Training team to ensure training requirements are properly administered at all stations
  
  Ensure the highest level of safety compliance across the region

• Oversee preparation of assigned budgets and provide ongoing support to keep results within plan and meet bottom-line expectations
• Develop annual operating and business plans and accompanying financial budgets aligned to the strategic plan
• Implement and monitor policies, standards, operating procedures, and long-range objectives
• Utilize P&L understanding to drive revenue goals and cost control across multiple locations

• Routinely communicate and meet with customers to foster strong partnerships
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop partnerships with potential new customers
• Support new business development efforts and share responsibility for regional growth with the Business Development team

• Develop and mentor high-potential employees within the region
• Support recruiting efforts to fill vacant positions and strengthen regional staffing needs
• Ensure staff planning supports efficiency and performance through analytics

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Flexibility to work extended hours occasionally to support field operations
• Willingness to travel more than 50% between airport stations, meetings, and off-site training

• 8+ years of management experience required
• 5+ years of experience in a service company required
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws
• Knowledge of safety practices associated with the aviation industry
• Ability to become a qualified agent/trainer for all customer airlines

• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, cost control) across multiple locations
• Staff planning and analytics experience to drive efficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in person and through electronic means

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
