On‑call responsibilities as required
As a Janitorial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, supervising team members, maintaining budgets, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You will serve as the primary operational leader for assigned properties, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Quality ControlConduct daily inspections of assigned properties
Ensure all cleaning services meet company standards and client expectations
Oversee job start‑ups, establish work schedules, and coordinate staffing
Implement action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
Ensure services are delivered within budgeted labor and expense guidelines
Recruit, hire, and train janitorial personnel
Supervise teams and provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback
Maintain proper staffing levels to support operational needs
Lead monthly safety meetings and ongoing job‑site training
Enforce company policies and promote accountability and professionalism
Develop and manage account budgets
Monitor labor costs and operational expenses
Approve payroll and invoices
Review financial reports and identify cost‑saving opportunities
Conduct routine safety inspections
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Investigate and report work‑related incidents within 24 hours
Maintain documentation and compliance standards
Participate in bid walk‑throughs and assist with proposal preparation
Communicate regularly with leadership regarding account performance
Provide coverage during employee absences when necessary
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships

Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience preferred
Candidates without direct industry experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong leadership potential, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
