ResponsibilitiesAssistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for coordination of construction and administrative duties in support of the Project Manager. The APM manages the flow of information between the field, office, senior management and the customer to assure that components and systems are incorporated in accordance with the schedule. The APM focuses on details and ensures that all documents provide comprehensive information and are completed on time.
Reports to:
Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Business.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of construction experience.
- Working knowledge of construction project management software (Procore and P6 scheduling is preferred).

- Project CPM Schedule Update Processes
- Change Management Processes
- Material/Equipment Fabrication & Delivery Tracking
- Subcontract Administration/Enforcement
- Prime Contract Administration/Adherence
- Engineering Staff Supervision (RFI's, Submittals, Doc Control)
- JRS/Profit Plan/Forecasting Management
