Primary purpose of the role:

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Initiation

* Educate customers on reconstruction process

Project Planning

* Identify and document project scope of work

* Review estimates

* Review budgets

Project Execution

* Create project schedule and timeline

* Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers

* Negotiate terms and set expectations

* Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors

* Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers

* Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work

Customer Satisfaction

* Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience

* Compile and resolve punch list items

* Perform final walk-through with customer

Minimum Experience Requirements:

* 3+ years experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

* Superb customer service track record

* Effective written and oral communication

* Education Intermediate math skills

* Valid Driver's License

* Computer literate to work with our job management software programs

* High school diploma/GED

* College Degree (Preferred)

Pay:
Starting at $65,000 annually, depending on experience
