The Fitness Manager (FM) ensures every member receives a world-class experience while driving the financial success of our coaching and supplement departments. You will lead a high-performance team, manage daily operations, and take full ownership of private training and supplement revenue.

- Communicate Goals: Ensure revenue and service targets are clearly understood by the team and tracked daily.
- Strategy: Work with leadership to identify opportunities for increasing member engagement and coaching revenue.
- Operations: Oversee staff scheduling and timekeeping to ensure the gym is always ready to serve members.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve member concerns regarding their fitness experience or results.
- Communication: Act as the primary link between the club and regional/company offices regarding fitness department performance.
- Experience: Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership.
- Certifications: Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) and CPR/AED certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and a deep understanding of fitness revenue metrics.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Physical: Ability to lead by example on the fitness floor, which includes standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment.
