Supervisor, Supply Chain
- Oahu. This professional supervisor will oversee and direct the company's supply chain activities to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring alignment with company plans and SOX compliance.

• Oversee and direct the management of inventory replenishment activities and the analysis of material and equipment requirements.
• Collaborate with internal customers for forecasts and supply chain needs.
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract execution, and supplier performance review.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and category management plans.
• Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to assigned work group, including personnel matters, training, and coaching.
• Analyze supply chain data and benchmarks to develop strategies for improvement and cost reduction.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other policies.
• Maintain SAP supply chain master data and catalogs.
• Implement LEAN continuous improvement best practices.
• Execute division initiatives, projects, and activities.
• Be available after working hours for emergency response activities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management principles (procurement, contract management, materials/inventory).
• Knowledge of material handling policies, budgeting, and company procedures.
• Knowledge of data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of LEAN continuous improvement principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, relational databases, ERP systems, including SAP SCM modules.
• Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of electric utility operations, maintenance, and construction.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Familiarity with applicable Federal and State regulations.

The hiring range for this position is $87,400.00 to $.
