General Manager for Qantas Airlines Lounge

Sodexo Live! is seeking a General Manager for our Qantas Airlines Lounge in Honolulu International Airport (HNL). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. • Oversight of daily food operations and delivery of a high-quality product;
• Achieving company and client financial targets and goals;
• Developing and maintaining client and customer relationships;
• Motivating, coaching, mentoring, and developing frontline staff; and/or
• Ensuring Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
• Fully versed in Profit and Loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business.

• 2-3 years experience in a proven food and beverage management role within hotels, restaurants or other upscale dining venues;
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
• Ability to direct and lead large teams;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;
• Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• Demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs;
• Experience in financials, preparation and oversight.
