Estate Manager

OverviewOur clients, an executive couple with grown children, are building their dream retirement home, estimated to be completed in 2-3 years. The role seeks an experienced House, Estate, or Property Manager based in Hawaii or willing to relocate long‑term. The client has a history of long‑term employee partnerships with corporate and personal staff.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the estate’s daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and event planning.
- Plan and coordinate trips, moves, parties, and remodeling projects.
- Manage teams, vendors, and daily operations ensuring high standards of hospitality.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, manage bookkeeping using Quick Books, and report financials.
- Ensure safety and compliance, including vehicle usage, secure communication tools, and physical activities such as lifting up to 50lbs and frequent walking or bending.
- Work a schedule of 9:00am–5:00pm weekdays.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership skills managing teams, vendors, and daily operations.
- Strong budgeting, resource planning, and goal‑setting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and top‑notch organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Quick Books, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Apple products, and secure communication tools such as Proton and Signal.
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and safe driving habits.
- Physically capable of handling the varied demands of the role (lifting up to 50lbs, walking, bending, traveling on short notice).
Competitive compensation of $200k–$250k depending on experience, full insurance coverage, relocation assistance for the right candidate, and short‑term housing.
