Pay &

Schedule:

• $130,000 per year
• Weekly Pay
• Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM
• 100% company-paid medical & dental (Employee + family)
• 10 paid holidays
• 160 hours PTO annually

What You'll Do:

• Review and understand contract requirements
• Monitor budget vs. actual weekly
• Approve overtime per company policy
• Communicate delays formally to owner
• Conduct financial risk reviews
• Escalate major risks to Integrator

What We're Looking For:

Proficient in using a computer and the below-listed programs:

Must have strong organization and time management skills

Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work effectively as a team player

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance

Tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, employees, vendors, and others

Read and understand plans and specs

Ability to encourage and motivate your construction team

Government Construction experience is a plus
