Auto Zone Hawaii is offering a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Honolulu. This short‑term role provides assignments and training with the goal of promotion to Retail/Commercial Store Management within about 8‑12 weeks based on performance and prior experience.
As an MIT, you will join the management team, lead by example, and support the Store Manager in all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, financials, and customer service.
