Full job description
We are a successful immigration services provider that has been operating for the last 10 years in Canada and India. We are currently looking for a Branch Manager for our office located in India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for delivering and achieving customer service excellence standards. As a Branch Manager, you will assist students with completing documentation and acquiring all permits needed to facilitate their move to another country.
A skilled and experienced Immigration Manager will oversee the team delivering a variety of services to clients and act as the first point of contact for any escalations that may arise.
- Guide clients and encourage team members through all procedures required to ensure our successful immigration.
- Show diligence, particularly when completing and submitting requisite paperwork.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Meet with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
- Proactively look for areas of development across the immigration team, providing ongoing training and conducting reviews.
- Manage immigration audits of all legal requirements and local practices, including implementation of process improvements to meet necessary standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.
- Strong decision‑making capabilities.
- Problem‑solving aptitude.
- Strong strategic planning skills.
- Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
- Able to supervise 5‑10 people at a time.
- An understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead and hold people accountable.
- Outstanding verbal communication.
- Solution‑oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
- The ability to communicate both internally and externally, and to present information in a clear and concise way is essential for this role.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.

Pay₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
ScheduleDay shift Monday to Friday
