Pay
Starting pay range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. Full pay can range to $42.50 per hour. Pay is based on factors such as labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Beauty Team Leader, you will lead a team of hourly team members to deliver a guest‐first experience across all Beauty areas. Your day will include creating an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience, coaching team members for excellent service, managing daily and weekly workload to meet sales goals, aligning the team on best practices, closing skill gaps through coaching, and maintaining high standards for safety, security and merchandise protection.
You will also support leadership in hiring and onboarding new team members, demonstrate inclusivity, uphold safety and compliance, and occasionally assume store‑level leadership responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age 18 years of age or older.
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
- Effective communication skills and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with technology equipment such as handheld scanners.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
- Access to all areas of the building to respond to issues.
- Interpret instructions, reports and information accurately.
- Resilience in varying temperatures, humidity and other conditions.
- Ability to remain mobile throughout shifts that may vary in length.
- Proficiency in cash register operations as needed.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds when necessary.
