• Work directly with the General Manager (GM) to ensure consistent revenue growth by increasing guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, Multi Care, and Core Plus.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates using our internal training program, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
• Maintain quality control measures and processes consistently.
• Carry out duties and projects such as inventory management, cash handling processes, guest issues, and concerns.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence (GTE).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off.
• Build and maintain an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and the business need.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, setting direction to achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Adhere to and hold others accountable for all rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment for teammates and guests.
• Assist guests with questions and needs in person, electronically, or via telephone.

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Enthusiasm for a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment.
• Guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Capacity to stand on your feet on hard surfaces and to lift and move work‑related items up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in an environment with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
