Pacific Shipyards International (PSI) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our ship repair team in Hawaii. The role reports to the Vice President of Programs and manages commercial and military ship repair contracts from $1M to $100M, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery across complex naval and civilian projects.
The PM will coordinate scheduling, risk, and changes, lead meetings with executives, owners, engineers, and subcontractors, and apply NAVSEA standards.
