We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role on a dedicated project team delivering impactful building projects across Hawaii. This is an opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, guide team members, and contribute to projects that shape communities.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Managing Principal to lead a dedicated project team from planning through construction
  • Help manage and guide team members, providing mentorship and technical direction
  • Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee design deliverables and construction documents for quality and coordination
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design intent
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate structural systems based on project needs
  • Identify and resolve technical and project challenges proactively
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field preferred
  • Hawaii PE license (or ability to obtain)
  • 8–12 years of experience in building design and/or project management
  • Strong background across building types and structural systems
  • Proven ability to manage projects and mentor team members
  • Experience with tools such as Revit, ETABS, RISA, RAM, or similar
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Compensation

$50 to $65 per hour depending on experience.
