Branch Manager
- Maui Bishop & Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager on behalf of a valued client in Maui. This leadership role is responsible for driving exceptional customer service, business growth, team development, and operational excellence within a high-performing branch environment. Schedule Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM Hours may vary based on business needs Compensation $60,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience Additional $750/month premium
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening client relationships
- Drive business development initiatives and grow market share
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Monitor operational risk, financial performance, and internal controls
- Foster strong community relationships and represent the organization professionally
- High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales management
- Proven success leading teams, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives
- Strong customer service, operational management, and business development skills
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and digital tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration through NMLS within 60 days of hire
