Operations Branch Supervisor
You will supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Operations Branch.
You will disseminate and brief on new or modified regulations and procedures.
You will exercise quality assurance oversight of the administrative functions in the Outbound Branch, Inbound Branch and Command Support Branch.
You will manage internal inspection program, including periodic inspections, evaluations, and audits for all branches of the Installation Personnel Administrative Center (IPAC).
You will initiate requests for recruitment, interviewing and selecting employees.
You will plans, schedule, and assign work; certify timecards; evaluate subordinates' performance, recommends promotions and awards.
