Shop Quality Control Personnel, Training Leader, Technical Expert
Job DescriptionYou will serve as shop quality control personnel, training leader, and technical expert on the SUBSAFE/Re-entry control (REC) instructions.
You will participate in non-nuclear critiques and serve as shop designated personnel for baseline advanced industrial management (BAIM) to integrate the REC process.
You will serve as a consultant authority to higher level management on SUBSAFE policy and procedures.
You will identify SUBSAFE program and planning execution problems and develop and implement corrective action plans based on findings.
You will conduct internal audits to test and certify the reliability and accuracy of internal control systems.
You will perform SUBSAFE/REC course development work including determining learning objectives, developing text outlines, correlating task analysis data and performance standards with the subject matter covered.
