Pro Service Hawaii seeks a leader to own end-to-end workers’ compensation claims operations on Hawaii Island. You will build and manage the program, set performance targets, and drive client-focused results from our Hawaii Kai office with a disciplined operating rhythm.
You will coach a team of claims professionals, leverage AI and data tools to optimize workflows, and communicate progress through monthly reports to executive leadership. A JD is preferred and Hawaii Bar eligibility a plus.
