• Pay: $23.68 hourly with a performance-based bonus. Use of a company car upon successful completion of the program.
• Mission:
  To support operational goals, enhance efficiency, and transition into a guaranteed leadership position within 12 months.

• Operations Support:
  Support operational goals and enhance team efficiency, directly contributing to shared success within the team.
• Business Insight:
  Gain comprehensive insights into key business areas including Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Daily Immersion:
  Immerse yourself in daily operational tasks from day one, mastering all aspects of core operations from sales to fleet management.
• Leadership
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to acquire hands-on leadership experience and guidance.
• Skill Development:
  Participate in targeted training sessions to develop essential skills in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies.

• Background:
  Completed a bachelor’s degree or gained relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of driving experience with a valid driver’s license; flexibility to work and travel up to 50% within the United States, including temporary assignments across various locations.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication skills in English, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to take the lead, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Bonus:
  Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
