Duties
Advise managers and senior leaders on program or project financial and manpower resourcing and execution.
Develop short and long term plans for recruitment, retention, workforce development strategies and initiatives.
Negotiate with managers to accept and implement recommendations for changes in program resource requirements.
Deliver oral presentations to justify program changes or resource requirements.
Defend resource needs (e.g. funding, manpower, facilities) for life-cycle management of a program.
Advise others on new strategic management approaches or techniques for processes and products.
