Training Development Manager (1-Year Contract) | Oahu, HI | Hybrid Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver employee training programs
- Create and maintain training materials and operational procedures
- Lead workforce development and safety improvement initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership to identify and address training needs
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
- Experience leading corporate or operational training programs
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Project management and stakeholder engagement experienceli>
- Knowledge of safety programs and continuous improvement practices preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 12-month contract
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid work arrangement on Oahu Utilities/industrial environment
