Production Worker

Reynolds Recycling, Inc. will pay a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 after 1-year of satisfactory performance for applicants that are hired. The bonus is $500 paid out at their 3-months, 6-months and 1-year anniversary.

Reynolds Recycling, Hawaii’s leader in the recycling industry, is looking for full-time Plant Production Workers to work in our Sand Island Processing facility. We are a dynamic company who cares about our employees and customers.

• Segregate used beverage containers and non-ferrous scrap metals received from our Redemption sites.
• Prepares beverage containers and metals for shipment to end users per customer requirements.
• Ensure that equipment is in good and safe working condition before processing.
• Keep work areas clean and free from hazards which includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, mopping, disposing of trash, yard work, cleaning of equipment and barrels, and other general maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work in an outdoor environment
• Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
• Work on weekdays, weekends and holidays between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Satisfactory pre-employment background check, physical and drug test results.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $14.00 an hour
