Oahu, HI. The role provides support for our government customer.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of the contracted vessel, located full‑time in Oahu.
• Supervise preservation, cleaning, maintenance, fabrication, upgrade/expansion, and repair duties; manage employees on the contract.
• Ride the vessel during all at‑sea missions to lead operations, including deck and rigging tasks, cooking, cleaning, rounds, watch standing, firefighting, and emergency repairs.
• Supervise the additional seven (7) employees required while underway.

• Completed 2‑year technical school desired.
• Training, certifications, or licensure in firefighting, ship damage control, crane operation, forklift operation, man lift operation, first aid, AED, CPR, and food service supervisor/manager training.

• At least five (5) years in a supervisory role overseeing technicians performing similar work.
• Three (3) years of experience in at‑sea vessel operations (deck, rigging, line handling, cooking, cleaning, watch standing, firefighting, emergency repairs), in‑port operations (rigging, crane, forklift, man lift), and maintenance/troubleshooting/repair/upgrades of HM&E systems such as UPS, load bank, switch gear, paralleling, and power distribution.
• Experience focused on hull, mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ten (10) years of relevant experience or a combination of technical school.
• Project management, planning, and program management experience running large support‑services contracts with multiple subcontractors.

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance.
