Hawaii Coffee Company is the largest roaster of Kona Coffee in the world and Hawaii's leading supplier of coffee to the Island's hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. The parent company to 5 brands;
Lion Coffee, Royal Kona, Hawaiian Isles Coffee Roasters Co., Hawaiian Islands Tea, and KOA Coffee products are available throughout the Western US, eCommerce marketplaces, as well as in international markets.
The primary roasting, manufacturing, and distribution facility is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This same facility houses the corporate office, along with a cafe that offers roastery tours. Hawaii Coffee Company also operates a coffee mill in Kona and sources coffee from numerous other origins, ensuring the highest quality and consistency across all its products.
POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a results-driven Marketplace and DTC Manager to oversee, optimize, and expand our eCommerce presence across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. This role requires a blend of analytical, creative, and strategic skills to manage inventory, advertising content, and user experience, while driving growth through promotions, merchandising, and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Marketplace Management:- Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels across multiple marketplace channels to ensure product availability and reduce stockouts.
- Advertising Management: Coordinate and analyze paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
- Channel Management: Actively monitor and react to the competitive landscape (pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and other elements that drive customer purchase decisions).
- UX / CRO: Continuously improve user experience and conversion rates through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and marketplace best practices.
- Content Management: Create, edit, and maintain product listings with optimized copy, images, and metadata to drive sales and improve SEO.
- Programs: Manage B2B programs, subscription models, and other strategic initiatives on marketplace platforms.
- Promotions: Plan and implement promotions, deals, and special offers to increase traffic and sales.
- DTC Sites: Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of 2 primary DTC websites and 4 Word Press sites, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- UX / CRO: Analyze customer behavior, implement A/B testing, and optimize site layouts to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Merchandising: Strategically plan product placement, categories, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Promo Management: Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Four-year college or university). MBA desired.
- Experience: 5+ Years of experience in increasingly senior digital marketing and management roles, with experience in consumer product categories strongly preferred.

Experience:
3+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce. - Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of various analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to summarize key data for C-level executives.
- Hands on experience in managing key digital marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and other channels.
- Expertise in partnering across organization to deliver key company goals.
- Leadership experience includes managing and developing team members from a variety of backgrounds. Build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Time management ability to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters to meet the company demands.
