Pay: $52,000 - $60,000 per year

The RoleSeal Masters of Hawai and Elite Construction Services are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and business development efforts.
The majority of this role will be dedicated to social media management and content creation. The ideal candidate enjoys visual storytelling and has experience producing engaging photo, video, and graphic content from concept through publication. We are looking for someone who can not only execute marketing initiatives but also help conceptualize and develop original content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities that showcase our projects, people, company culture, and industry expertise.
This role will focus on capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos at job sites, creating engaging social media content, scheduling posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube, and creating graphic designs in Canva for marketing campaigns, company events, and external communications. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, creating marketing collateral, assisting with internal and external company events, and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
KeyMarketing Responsibilities Content Creation & Production
- Conceptualize and develop original content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities.
- Plan and direct content shoots, including shot lists and production schedules.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos at job sites, events, and company functions.
- Edit and produce content for social media platforms.
- Execute content edits based on creative direction provided.
- Prepare finalized assets for posting and marketing campaigns.
- Organize and maintain content libraries and marketing assets.
- Own day-to-day social media execution across company platforms.
- Write captions, schedule content, and maintain publishing calendars.
- Manage posting cadence and scheduling tools such as Agora Pulse.
- Monitor engagement and track basic performance metrics.
- Stay current on social media trends and best practices.
- Design graphics and marketing materials in Canva.
- Support newsletters, marketing campaigns, and company events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist with website updates and marketing collateral as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Communications & Events Coordinator on marketing initiatives and event support.

Ownership & Accountability – Takes full responsibility for assigned tasks, planning, executing, and following through without needing close supervision.
Time & Workflow Management – Prioritizes and organizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines for social content, campaigns, newsletters, and event collateral.
Collaboration & Communication – Works well with cross-functional teams, communicates proactively, and is comfortable asking questions to clarify expectations.
Attention to Brand & Detail – Maintains a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms while catching errors and inconsistencies before publishing.
Initiative & Problem-Solving – Takes action to improve processes or content without being prompted and finds creative solutions to challenges.
