International Marketing Manager (Only Males)
Location: Ludhiana (Local Candidates will be given preference)
Salary: 4.80 LPA – 9 LPA (Negotiable)
Experience: 7 years minimum in any Steel Industry / 7-10 Years
Qualification: Any / Bachelor Degree (Other)

- Develop new strategies for steel products or propose enhancements of existing products.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets and potential selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze competitor business activities and advise management.
- Stay in close contact with the market and participants like end-users, contractors, traders, and prospective buyers to understand market needs.
- Propose loyalty schemes, discounts, or other product promotions that can help in adding new customers, retaining existing ones, and increasing sales volume.
- Set specific marketing goals that align with corporate goals and ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes, including activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
- Prepare sales forecast, periodic reports, presentations, etc. in a timely manner.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and steel products in the markets.
- Monitor customer preferences and buying patterns; propose new products, buy & sell opportunities that may generate additional revenue.
- Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends.
- Help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in international markets.
