PrimaryPurpose
This position is responsible for being a supportive and creative figure for our sales team with the ultimate goal of contributing to our media monetization channels success. By coordinating efforts between sales and marketing teams a successful candidate must be hands on, organized, demonstrate strong communication skills and possess an eye for detail. This role also requires a strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to distill this information into customer relevant, and focused communication.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Duties & Responsibilities- Build sales materials like case studies, sell sheets, and white papers.
- Leverage customer insights and external expertise to create compelling creative.
- Advise design team on customer point of view to ensure communication cohesiveness between design and message.
- Expert at synthesizing broad information into concise sound bites for easy consumer comprehension that captures their imagination.
- Interact with PR staff to ensure that copy specifics are stated in a manner that is technically and legally correct.
- Manage projects with the sales team and effectively communicate what they are working on back to the marketing team, as to accurately strategize marketing efforts
- Coordinate ad hoc meetings with the sale team to review current marketing efforts and determine future needs.
- Coordinate team inclusion in brand playbooks.
- Schedule team participation in industry events.
- Compile competitors’ data by distinguishing their product characteristics, market share and pricing.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Strong oral and written communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite
- A high level of creativity
- A confident self-starter and able to move projects forward and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects and prioritizing
- Is collaborative and enjoys being able to work well with different teams
